Design Policy

1. Design Responsibility

All custom kits and teamwear are made to order based on the final design selected by the customer at the time of purchase. For orders placed through our Kit Builder (GoKickflip), the customer is fully responsible for the design they create and submit. This includes all colours, text, numbers, logos, and placements.

2. Customer-Designed Kits via Kit Builder

By submitting a design through our Kit Builder, the customer confirms that they are satisfied with the design as shown and approve it for production. IN-FORM SPORTS LIMITED will manufacture the kit exactly as submitted. We do not alter customer-submitted designs unless specifically instructed to do so in writing before production begins.

3. Proofs for Manually Designed Kits

For customers working with us directly to create a bespoke design (not using the Kit Builder), we will send a final proof for approval. Once approved, this design is final. IN-FORM SPORTS LIMITED is not liable for any errors or changes after approval has been given.

4. Logo and Artwork Requirements

For best results, all logos and artwork should be submitted in high-resolution vector formats (PDF, AI). Low-quality files may result in printing issues or additional artwork charges.

5. Colour Matching

If exact colour matching is required, customers must provide Pantone references at the time of ordering. Without this, we will produce colours as close as possible to what is displayed on screen, though some variation may occur due to digital display differences and printing processes.

6. Amendments Post-Order

Once an order has been placed — whether via the Kit Builder or through manual design — any changes may not be possible and could result in additional costs or delays. Please review all design details carefully before confirming your order.
