We want you to love your order — but we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Here’s how our return process works.

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order. To qualify, items must be unworn and unused, in their original packaging, with all tags still attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase. To start a return, email us atreturns@informsports.co.uk. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a shipping label and clear return instructions. Please note: items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds for custom football kits or personalized teamwear — including items with names, numbers, logos, or bespoke designs — unless the item arrives damaged, faulty, or the error was due to a mistake on our part. Please double-check sizing, spellings, and design choices before placing your order. If you’re unsure about anything, we’re happy to help before you confirm your purchase.

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

We don’t offer direct exchanges on custom kits. If your item qualifies for return, we recommend placing a new order after your return is approved.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to complete the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven’t received your money, please contact us atreturns@informsports.co.uk.

If your order was shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return non-custom items within 14 days — no questions asked. Returned items must still meet the conditions listed above to qualify.
